Japanese metal pioneers BABYMETAL are back with METAL FORTH, set for global release on June 13 via Capitol Records. True to its name, which translates to “beyond metal,” the album sees the trio expanding their genre-blending approach with a stacked lineup of high-profile collaborators.

2025 Tour Plans Unveiled
As part of their ‘Legend Map’ campaign, BABYMETAL have announced a European tour in May 2025. The 12-date trek features Poppy and Bambie Thug as support, culminating in a massive show at London’s O2 Arena on May 30. From there, they’ll cross the Atlantic for a 24-date North American tour, joined by Black Veil Brides, Jinjer, and Bloodywood.
BABYMETAL Stay True to Their Sound
Despite the star-studded guest list and polished production, BABYMETAL aren’t looking to reinvent themselves. Frontwoman Su-Metal recently emphasized the band’s consistency over their 15-year career, stating, “We haven’t changed at all. We’ve always been BABYMETAL, the way we are.”
