Metal on Tap Freshly brewed content. Locally crafted. Always served loud.
Metal on Tap is your go-to source for all things heavy — straight from the keg of Australia’s loudest underground and beyond. We cover what’s fresh, what’s fierce, and what’s on stage this weekend — with a cold one in hand and no industry fluff.
Founded in 2024 by Jai “Jaimunji” Setright, the site is an extension of his fast-growing YouTube channel Jaimunji, where thousands of fans tune in for first-time reactions, interviews, festival coverage, and off-the-cuff commentary. After building a loyal community online, Jai wanted to give the scene something more permanent — a full-bodied platform that doesn’t just react, but reports, connects, and gives back to the music that raised us.
Metal on Tap brings together musicians, photographers, writers, and fans under one digital roof. Whether it’s a new album release, a sweaty dive bar show, or a long overdue chat with a touring legend, we’re here to raise a glass to the stories that matter.
This isn’t just another content mill or clickbait blog — it’s brewed with purpose and poured with care.
